@Moza at the moment about 1.2million person lives here:)

Economical situation is OK but not the best,but no cenario like south EU countries because we dont have big loans at all and gov made everything to keep eco stabile and now its looks everything going OK.

@Iamthexxx i think qatar traffic is better then in Estonia but I am not sure.Statistic is next : First 4 month 2012 was killed 36 people in traffic.2011 was killed in traffic 101 people,2010 was 79,2009 was 100.Year 2010 was until today first and only year last 50 yrs when killed in traffic was less then 100.Worst year was 1991 when there was killed in traffic 491 people.

So I am not sure that Qatary traffic is so awful.I was in Doha on 19-21.May and traffic was normal..But it depends from where are you goming i think.
