Running : who ? When ? Where ?

Hi !

I am planning to start again training for running, after a break due to the temperature in Doha during my first months here / and after breaking my toe stupidely :o) .

Is there any running club / triathlon club here ? Any group who trains on a daily / weekly basis ? Trail running or on the roads (/on Al Corniche :o) )

I prefer trail running, and trainings that last around 1hour, with not too mych VO2 max exercices (actually I hate it, but have to admit it's efficient)

Thanks,
Christophe

There's the Hash, of course. They run Mondays, I believe. Contact details in Marhaba. Some of them are also into more serious stuff.
