Rolls-Royce Bespoke Ghost For Qatari Client

As Rolls-Royce looks to boost profits without significantly increasing volumes, the automaker has rolled out a new special edition of its Ghost developed for a client in Qatar. The vehicle is based on the latest 2013 Ghost and was refined by the craftsmen and women of the Rolls-Royce Bespoke vehicle personalization division.

They have a division called ' Rolls-Royce Bespoke vehicle personalization division ' for special orders :)

All Rolls Royces are custom made to order so it is wrong to say that it is "specially developed for a client in Qatar".
