well indeed whilst trying to park at Lulu in D ring road look what happened. The car park was jam packed, people parking everywhere & anywhere they shouldnt, taxi's double parked etc etc. Me alone in the car with just my cd player for company & my sweet little maid humming along to emimnem, hot & tired.....This guy wouldnt stop or give way to me, he would rather block the way!!! i COULDNT give way as couldnt reverse due to line of cars behind me....so anyway eventually me & this guy are side by side ....due to my skill at managing to edge forward with 2" each side of me ;-) he rolls down his window..........REALLY??? hell no u wanna confrontation??? such inappropriate behaviour for a man towards a woman......maybe he thought i would feel intimidated??? well guess what.....this British Biatch can hold her own.....when he yelled at me I YELLED back.......in fact i wiped the floor with him!!! He then proceeded to tell me he wasnt going to move! i went to get out of my car at this point & physically do him!!!! at this point he moved his car. I then stood in front of his car took a photo of it with my trusted BB, told him i was going to report him to the police for his threatening vile behaviour......he didnt even bother to park his car...Mr Big shot NOT then ran like a coward straight out of the car park with his tail between his legs.....Lesson learnt>>>>>>>there is always some1 much bigger than u round the corner :-D :-D & guys plzzzzzz show some respect against the lady drivers of Qatar, its bad enuff on these roads without men TRYING to bully us

Some man he is. I'm all for being mean in a totally "upfront and won't sugarcoat" kind of way but yelling at a lady? Can't get lower.

I've been involved with a few road rage incidents, but in my defense I get involved in incidents with men face to face, I just don't suddenly become a tough guy when I get behind the wheel, but I never scream and I've never been involved in a dispute with a woman.

My x wife loves Kettle Corn, I don't know what it is, sweet popcorn or something, anyway we went to two places yesterday looking for it on the way home from golf.

I bought stuff at both places and was asked the same question by the cashiers..."Did you find everything you need"

I said "yes thanks for asking" to the female cashier at Safeway and heres my exchange with the male at King Soopers

Cashier: Sir, did you find everything you need today?

Me: No

Cashier: made sad face

Me: Well go get someone to go look in the back for it

Cashier: Wha?

Me: Why did you ask me that F-ing question if you can't do anything about it?

Cashier: Sir?

Me: I didn't find everything I need, I need Kettle Corn

Cashier: Well ah, i don't know what to do, ah what?

Me: Don't ask me questions for no F-ing reason

Cashier: [looks like hes gonna start crying]

Me: Go get the manager

They were out of Kettle corn but the Female manager gave me a big bag of Carmel Corn. We had a nice chat, she was a little cubby redhead with glasses, but very cute and I told her she should be doing hair commercials..beautiful hair

Report him to the police. It is a serious offence to utter bad words to the others.it involes a court case and a big fine if reported and you have evidence. Done that before. Showing middle finger attracts you to a court case and at least QR 5000 fine. be careful

Avoid being yelled at.... Be kind & courteous with strangers on road or in parking.

A little patience on your side would give you a mountain of happiness.....

May be that guy had an already tough day ...

& that was the last straw ...

Good on you Yazleb! About time we women drivers of Qatar stood up for ourselves.

Mind you I guess I am lucky in my driving experience around Qatar and find that most male drivers give way and even wave me through!

BUT I will admit that I have a secret weapon.... PM me and I will let you know what it is!

So sorry my QL friends but I can't afford for everyone to utilise this amazing method of placating Qatar drivers - heartfelt and honest though it is! hehe

very funny....... He wound down his window to yell at me 1st....yes he was probably more annoyed at the fact that he got put in his place by a woman driver.....btw what he yelled was abuse & bad language.....he didnt know i was British until i responded & then he clearly knew i had understood his filthy words!! really not appropriate behaviour in public & in ramadan :-0 I at no point used vulgar language & i wasnt angry at the driving situation ( its par for the course here ) i was angry after the fact that he THOUGHT he had the right to confront me in a public place with abusive language inc the F word....cmon what real man does that to a lady???

Just a random guess but I think that guy is right now busy writing a blog somewhere on "Why women shouldn't drive" or "Angry women drivers in Doha"
