hi all, i am working in a company in doha almost 5 years, now i am cancelling my job, tht i got an offer from dubai.
when i talked about my compensation and other things, company is sayng they cant provide anything, so any body give a reply about this.
You don't need NOC to go to Dubai..
as per ur agreement serve the notice period and then proceed as "landloverreview" said.
yes i have all the documents , should i go to labour department . and if i make a case against them , did they cancel my NOC
Ask them politely being a professional human being.. if they don't.. visit the labor ministry and register a complain about them. Don't let those slave minded employers to take your right. Be confident, Ministry will support you and you will get your final settlement as your the Labor Laws in Qatar. However just make your sure you have all the necessary documents to validate your claim. Like copy of your resignation letter or email, copy of the request you made to get your final settlement etc.
