Qatar property market is growing and the rent hike seems never ending. In view of the current current situation, I am interested to venture into property and become a property agent. Does anybody can help and advise the following questions:

1. Is there any restriction to non-qatari to be come a property agent?

2. Do I need any licence to become a property agent?

3. Do I need to join a real estate company or can I be a freelance agent?

4. How do they charges on the each transaction? Is it by % of commission or fixed fees

Any advise is highly appreciated.
