Radar on Move Wakrah to Mesaeiid road

Now Days be Careful in driving, start from round about Wakrah(Qtel Tower) to the road Mesaeiid, that one vehicle (CRV dark blue) always on the move, between that road, yesterday i saw it, the're some portable radar with flash,capture some vehicle with speed, usualy stop in the near fuelstation wakrah to mesaeid, new building flat after qtel tower. I saw that CRV almost everyday.

i am thinking why you guys panicking with radar here radar there and radar everywhere. Just drive under the speed limit and you wont get fines. SORTED !
