So we can presume, the radars will work on bicycles and transportation mediums like that.
And even for the ultrasound radio frequency radars, the shift in doppler effect doesnt help that much to calculate the speed, because of the limited speed (less than 200 KM/Hr) of the vehicle, and the limited distance (10 mtrs from the the radar) from the camera.

there is a sensor placed in road.
the radar detect the vehicle using this sensor.
so bikes and cycles can easily cheat this sensors sot that the radar will not detect u. and it will not take photos of urs...

technically no...the dopplers frequency shift demands a much bigger refelective surface when it comes to speed camera and traffic camera
