First of all Hell is not low :P, secondly there were rumours in 2002 about

osama attacking qtel, cuz it provides crappy services. Qtel sucks.

I'm convinced that it's not a computer problem, my DH did a test with my old lap top in his office and at a friend's house and it was OK

I replied last time...well i have 2 lap tops here...u telling me they are both broken? its your connection speed.

they said - oh the ports are broken.... i said how is that possible when other things like camera/ipod/mouse work in all ports??????

they then sent an engineer, lovely pakistani chap who said your pcs are fine its a QTEL problem

thing is they pay rubbish money to their helpdesk (misnomer) staff and they know sod all.

I had mosaic package removed from my house because QTEL were too incompetent.... no telly no internet and less free time frustrations.

I pay 400 QR/month, I'm suppose to have the fastest ADSL connextion however, I can't download 2 programms on the same time and it takes tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime

when I called, they had the same answer: your laptop problem
