-----------------------------------------------------
Dear Customer
You have reached this page as our systems have detected a very high level of spamming activity from your barQ ADSL Internet connection.
It may be that you (or someone sharing your connection), are engaged in propagating email SPAM, either voluntarily or involuntarily
If you suspect you are a victim of malicious code which has infected your PC and causing you to involuntarily propagate SPAM, you should run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your systems are free of viruses and other spurious software. Please note that Qtel cannot guarantee the effectiveness of these software vendors however, other users have reported that using the latest versions of these programs often resolves the problem and ensures that PC systems are free of damaging viruses. You should ensure that you are using the latest version of any similar anti-virus software that you may already have installed on your PC. Please also ensure that you have an authorized copy of Microsoft Windows / Vista and that 'Automatic updates' are turned on and that the latest security updates have been installed. If you are using a WiFi connection on your barQ ADSL Internet service, please ensure that the security feature is enabled on your WiFi router.
If you (or someone sharing your connection) are voluntarily taking part in the spamming activity, we request you to immediately cease such activities as it violates your usage policy, as stated in the General Terms & Conditions of the barQ ADSL Internet service.
You may continue your session by clicking the button below, however your connection will be monitored and you shall be redirected here again if the spamming activity continues. You will be given a maximum of 3 opportunities to continue, after which your outbound emails (SMTP) will be blocked if the spamming activity is detected as active.

Please call Qtel's Customer Service team on 111, if you have any enquiries or require assistance to clean your PC
yes. i have seen this message many times in my office computer. Qtel's policy of anti spam is more than 40 recipients in a single outlook based email is considered as a spam. Somebody in your network sending bulk emails. Please notify them to stop that activity. Otherwise Qtel will stop all outgoing emils from your server.
not a big deal... one can afford to ignore.
It appears many times on our office pc's. Ignore and continue. If it continuously appear, then Q-tel will suspend your connection for an hour or so.
not the only one connected to that router
never seen this message in my life... wonder which browser you are using...
I use Firefox and Opera11... never IE.
Possibly some bot has sneaked into your system and sitting in your hard drive which is sending msges to different servers. Best you can do now is uninstall any additional antivirus. Use Firefox browser instead of IE. Install "Ghostery" firefox addon. It successfully detects and prevents any thirdparty software installation and removes it. Finally configure your browser so that cookies and history are deleted automatically at exit. Preferably use private browsing mode feature of Firefox (excellent feature) to browse in a sandbox environment. If you are using Norton no need to use any other antivirus else Avast is one of the best free antivirus and to couple it with any spyware, use SuperAntiSpyware (free again) which will give you more or less the same security as Norton. Run your antispyware in thorough mode.
Play safe otherwise you could be a victim of identity theft, phishing, malicious software installation etc etc.
Always use only one antivirus software , if you have more then. One then system get confuse and stuck/ hang and none of your auntivirus work 100% .
Just clear your cache. If it doesn't work then clear your cookies as well. It's not a big deal.
