QTel Internet problems?

Yesterday and today our Internet has been slow or completely irresponsive. Our hotel tells us it's QTel. Anyone else experiencing this?

Ugh. First I have to deal with the moster customer service in the hotel.

Yup if there is a construction going nearby then probably someone damaged the cables. Just check that could be the possibility, if so get ready for the Monster called OoreoO customer service

Cable cut accidentally by workers...hence it s slow...:)
