Yesterday was the first time that i actually enjoyed listening to QBS, it was a show called Baseline, REALLY REALLY GOOD SHOW, it's even better than the shows we got back home.. Anyway, does anybody have any more info on this Baseline show? like when is it usually on and can we find the song names that were played in every show? Thx.

Dohamomma, quite clearly you have very low standards as far as quality radio goes!!...please,no offence meant whatsoever but i can't imagine anyone who's listened to a good FM station @ any point in their life saying that they enjoy QBS...try 99.3/100.6 radio 2 or 104.8 radio 1 or 91.4 studio 1,should catch one or all of these, they're all 24hr stations & yes, they're ONLY english...

It is the frequency that I was looking for. I don't think that it is that bad, in fact I enjoy QBS. Of course the only other station that I seem to pick up is some oldies show. I would prefer that it be in english all day but what can you do.

it's the outdated and poor facility provided by the govt. to Qbs radio.

i know the Djs and the Rjs personally,,who are not also proffesionals.

so overall not entertaining. specially the French programs played every afternoon,, OMG,, that's wen u finish work and get to listen to that,, ofcourse keeping dome tiesto and house for backup. okay French ppl , stop trippin' on me.

ppl eat and drop food on the Qbs mixers and studio never gets maintained within short periods.

other stations gets so interesting an entertaining to listen compared to Qbs . only if the radio frequencys stay stable in that case 2. (can't even blame the weather) .

damn!!!

QBS is just a bunch of amateur folks

I know this isnt a "lets slap QBS" thread, but whilst we are on the subject.....someone once described QBS to me as "hospital radio" - its not hospital radio - on hospital radio they are at least TRYING - these guys seem to have given up the ghost, going through the motions. The broadcasting takes "amateur" to whole new levels. I realise that they are hamstrung and that there are guidelines but for goodness sake surely the english speaking population deserve a better radio local radio station than is being served up currently. For my 45 minute journey to work I have taken to a. listening to Radio 2 b. listening to radio 4 c. listening to audio books or d. listing to QB..... turning off!!!!!!!!

Text not working?

I tried texting a request to 2627 the other day, but the number wasn't working. Has the SMS number changed?

I needed cheering up, and this Violent Femmes song always does the trick:

Gadarene - I think she's asking for the frequency, not the telephone number!

I have no idea. Never listen to the station as it's soooooo bad.

not too many people actually listen to it you see, especially now in the summer when one can tune into real FM stations from across the border...out of curiosity, why would you want to call them?...except of course if it's to let them know that they're one of the most rubbish FM stations on the planet...
