Samsung D900 is the winner of the "Best Mobile Phone Handset 2007" award instituted by GSM Association.....

I haved used only NOKIA's till now, but I thought I will try a different make this time and this one looks very chic, without being too expensive.

My NOKIA 6230i has been thrown around by my son umpteen times, but, still works and once my friend's NOKIA 6230i fell into a big bowl of hot soup - took some time to fish it out and there was no problem !!! It is a sturdy phone. But I am not so sure about Samsung after what I read here....

I know a few people who've had Samsung and they've spent a lot of time in the shop. Mine has too but nothing really serious broke...it was inconvenient but it still worked.

I have a samsung flip phone and it's crap! a year after i bought it it started to turn off when I closed it. Now 2 weeks ago both the front screen and inside screen crapped out. I'm suffering with it until the SE k810i comes out in hopefully a week. It's basically the same as the k800i but slimmer.

I'm not worried about depreciation. I buy my devices because they're useful to me, not fashion accessories. That's why I wait until I find something I really want.

yeah. and prices for nokia depreciates fast compared to other brands because every month, they have new models.

The closest I've seen to a format I like is that very thin samsung flip phone. It has a great size and some good features but the camera is not as good as mine.

I'm probably going to wait until Nokia comes up with something I really want. When I was trying to get my SE fixed, I searched everywhere in town. I had to hunt down a dealer in the souk downtown. Everybody will work on a Nokia.

I have a SE k750i that I got almost a couple of years ago. I've been somewhat disappointed with its durability. I've had the stick replaced twice, the shutter button and the keypad once each.

The 2mp camera has worked better than expected. It doesn't exactly produce "photographs" but it takes pretty good snapshots. The mp3 player works well. I got a 4GB mem card for it.

Of the new ones, the Nokia n95 is probably closest to what I want but I've heard some iffy things about it...poor battery life being among them, the camera doesn't have image stabilization and it's bloody expensive.

My wee beastie will probably last for long enough for something I really want to come down the line.

Dear All,

Kind regards.

A little about myself, my QL name is Greman, I am presently in Doha, Qatar. I represent European Market Research Center (EMRC) head office in Brussels, Belgium, www.emrc.be. We usually Organize International Forums on many different subjects but mostly on Agriculture.

Presently, we have broadcasted an event to hold on the 3rd of May, 2007, in Rome, Italy (you can check for details on the website) and we are seriously preparing. We usually invite people for participation or for those who may be aware through the media, we do welcome their enrollment.

Now, the request is, I am faced with a task to invite Participants from Qatar and other part of the Gulf but I am not very familiar with the region and would really like to build on that.

The Event is an Agric Business forum and a lot of relevant subjects will be entertained among International dignitaries (Presidents, Ministers and Ambassadors) and prominent Business men from around the world, whom have already enrolled for participation. So it is going to be very good grounds for sharing of ideas, investment opportunities and also partnership.

There is this feature call award/gala night where golden awards are conferred to special Personalities in front of the whole gathering. Those awarded will gain more international recognition and their projects will be given more consideration and will be subjected to one-to-one discussions specially organized, with more privileges, stuff like that...

If there is any one who is interested in participating or who can give me more information (highly appreciated) on my invitation processes please write me a private mail or reply to this post, please.

Best regards once again and thanks a lot for your anticipated positive and soonest response.
