Qatar Land of Opertunity for some

Qatar land of opertunity

It amazes me how many people that have positions here in high places that are not qualified to do the job. They get very good wage packets plus benefits. When things go wrong they can always blame the ground personnel. And when they see someone is knows they are not true or honest, they fire them or transfer them out of his or hers department. Meanwhile they continue to cost the organization lots of money wile lining there pockets. It seems that the Qataris look at the type of passport you have and not your qualifications and integrity. If you have a passport from North America, Europe and Australia they will believe what ever you want them to believe. If you have a passport from other countries such as from Asia, Africa and other non western nations, you do not get the same respect or consideration. No matter how hard working, honest and qualified you are.

Thanks Flan... yes go buy a dictionary and learn some literacy skills etc and stop bloody moaning.

We all have work issues...but some of us get off our back sides and do something.

I don't think it's the Qataris doing most of the hiring here, so it's a bit unfair to blame them directly, don't you think?
