QATAR HOCKEY LEAGUE AT AL RAYYAN STADIUM

today begun the hockey league at al rayyan stadium .. 4 teams compete for a 6 week period.
it was fantastic to see a bunch of 30 young kids from different schools... go thru their paces.... hockey has a great future here in qatar... just gearing up towards D2016..
btw.... Wanderers (India) beat the Doha Hockey Club (Europe) 8 nil.... Gateway a team of Pakistanis, Indians, Malaysians (nice to see a mix) play against an all Pakistan team...
The league is played every Friday at 330 pm...
All those who love to watch hockey do come along... get your sweaters.. as its pretty cold out there...
