Qatar Airways Pessengers are Stuck in Bahrain

QHell
By QHell

Qatar Airways passengers are stuck for over 6 hours now in Bahrain without any update or support for the families and kids.

Is anyone watching the productivity of this 5 star airline!?!

Brit and tallg, the "necessary qualification level" for landing in fog is CAT III. That means your wheels thump before you can see the runway. Some aircraft, some airports and some pilots do not have this qualification.

QHell - where on earth did you get that information from???

on a side note - I'm fairly sure the 5* award is only for the in-flight service in business and first class.

KHI DOH was grounded in Oman for unclear skies.

Too many rescheduling this week, nothing to do with management

Better update urselves with other airlines, dont you know

many crashes took place in the month of Dec.

Most of the airlines refresh their emergency training in Nov-Jan

Management hosting and attending Celebrity Events in the WEST while passengers of EAST are still stuck in Bahrain with families and infant kids for over 10 hours now. No Qatar Airways representative to share anything.

What a shame!

Theer was a great story last week. A plane got close to the destination. It was foggy. The pilot then announced that he did not have the "neccessary qualification level" to land in fog and returned to home.

It's truly outrageous that a 5* airline can't ensure there's no fog when you want to fly. Shocking.
