POOR CUSTOMER CARE
I bought an Indian brand trouser from PLANET FASHIONS near airport, wore only once and noticed its zip was damaged and stitch has also been loosened at some places. When I took this to the shop to have it repaired as other brand/outlets usuallly do, I was shocked at the salesman's response saying "we dont normally do this" and the idiot was advicing me to get it done from some tailoring shops outside at my cost!!!. Have you ever come across such experience from them, pls share??

Donot worry happy with that. now you got enough time for doing other works rather than open and close the zip
Ideally buy VAN HEUSEN / ALLEN SOLLY / LOUIS PHILLIPE from factory outlets in mumbai / delhi / chennai / bangalore where you can buy quality product at half the price , without the retailer & distributor mark ups .
if you had the receipt of your purchase, you might have asked him for replacement ?
yes most of the salesman are stupid enough to say that.
But agree with my friend that you should have checked it no matter which brand you preffer.
Maybe you should consider loosing some fat instead of crying cheats on QL.
It dosent take half of that time and enegy to get it repaired!
as for me, I normally take the trouser to the trial room which most of the garment shops have, check the fittings and all everything and if i am 100% SATISFIED - i buy it...rather then crying later.
