Paintball is a great game, usually played in teams, in woods, abandoned buildings etc, anywhere there is places to hide from the other team. Each person has a gas powered gun and a supply of paintballs about 1cm in diamter, you can also have "bombs" like water ballons filled with paint.
When you fire a ball at some one it splatters paint on them scoring a "kill"
Paintballs hurt like anything and usually bring up a nice round bruise, so eye protection etc is required.
