NOC After 2 yrs contract

Hi my fellow kababayans!

I just want to ask if i can get or ask for NOC from my employer after i finished my 2 yrs contract? I was employed from the Phil. & 9 mos na ko sa company. As of now, if may chance nga lang gusto kong lumipat ng employer iinis kasi ako sa egyptian na boss ko wala sa hulog minsan at "adik" pang kausap most of the time! Hay.... but sa naririnig ko mahirap kumuha ng NOC sa status ko now. Marami kasing benefits namin ang di malinaw gaya ng if insured ba kami? Like sa contract dapat my OT pay but wala naman kaming narereceived. Medical benefits? Allowed leave? After 1 yr of contract ba may leave na un kahit di umuwi ng pinas? Based on our contracts 3 yrs ang nakalagay instead of 2 yrs as agreed sa pinas but according to them 2 yrs lang daw talaga un nilagay lang nila na 3 yrs. for the other benefits based daw sa qatar labor law.

Since were all new in the company at new lang din un company. Salary nga namin CASH pa namin na kukuha instead of sa ATM just like in other companies. Di rin naman ganun kalaki ang sahod namin here to think na im working as executive secretary and yet im doing other works like receptionist, telephone operator, HRD, admin asst., sometimes pati trabaho ng iba sa akin pa binibigay bec maybe they saw that i can do it much better or faster kesa sa iba. But still di naman nacocompensate un hirap ko.

I want to look for much better company here in Doha. If incase ayaw nila ko ireleased possible bang ipilit ko na bigyan nila ko ng NOC since tapos ko nanaman ang contract ko?

Frankly speaking, don't do that...

I don't know for sure, but to what I have heard...

If you were Oversea's Recruite, you will not get clearence from CID, even after your company gives you NOC.

If you were locally hired by your company it wont be much trouble. But before taking any serious step, please consult with your HR Dept., or with your collegues who have experience in this area...

All the best.

Hi Maxmo,

Im asking about is if my present employer can still hold me for employement even I finished my 2 yrs contract with them.

As of now, im planning to transfer or to look for other employer or company as soon as i finished my 2 yrs contract with my present employer.

Im checking now if i can force my employer to issue a NOC to me or not.

thats all..

thanks!

Yung case mo ,sa Pinas ka hire mas maganda na finish contract ka then uwi ka Pinas all the expenses should be shoulder by the Company but make sure na finish contract ang nakalagay at hindi cancelled visa.
