New Telecom Provider

I heard that qatar will be getting a new telecom provider, is there any truth to that at all? I mean from the limited time I've spent here, I've been having a terrible time with Q-tel

it was supposed to be announced sometime middle of nov but has been pushed back to early december. Rumor has it that a kuwaiti company is the front runner to bag the licence

I keep getting rumours that the decision is imminent, but then nothing happens. Maybe sometime in December. It's only competition in the mobile phone market though:

Yes it is true...Qatar is on the track of getting a 2nd Telecom Provider for GSM...

You have been having troubles with QTel is it...so sad...
