Need you all help,
Can I visit Europe or USA?
I mean that what I have to prepare if I plan to have a treval in Europe or USA. Now my passport is China , have not got Qatar ID and I just hold 3 months Visaalso.But I want to visit my friends there.
Who can help me? or give me some suggestion?

Well I know that to get a visa from the Indian Consulate when I was in Dubai they would only give me a visa for one entry only because I did not have an RP any more in the UAE.
when you apply foreign visa, you will need to show your local RP. I am an indonesian passport holder, have applied various visas for UK and schengen countries from Qatar / Singapore / Kuala Lumpur. The first question embassies always ask is the copy of your valid local RP.
If you want to travel through Europe I imagine you will need a Shengen Visa you can call any of the European consulates or embassies and/or look up their websites to get the information you need.
Myself when travelling to China I needed a visa from the Chines and I do think it will be the same for you in any other country.
