National Savings Bonds

Â Can anyone tell what the laws governing lottery tickets and national savings bonds are in Qatar. I understand there is no gambling. Do these come under that rule?

I have UK NSANDI bonds and I need to know if I can continue to buy bonds from Qatar and if I would be allowed to claim any winnings from there.

yes offcourse u can, just better keep your address in the UK proabably best.

Actually bonds are more viewed like raffles which are very commonplace here .. with winning cars etc

Sites like ladbrokes are not censored and you could go in and bet if you wanted

Actually, UAE just recentely began doing National Bonds so should be no problem there.
