I'm not a morning person. So do not talk to me before 8:00 A.M.!
I hate it when people talk to you right when you get up!! I hate talking to people before 8:00 AM!!

but I am not grouchy in the morning.

it's just that I feel more energy when night comes.

I am more productive around 10am

i can stay late working in the office (i prefer-- because i am alone, no incoming calls)

I'm habitually rushing to prepare myself in the morning, unlike others who will give themselves 1 hour to do it in a slowly manner

A morning person is someone who generally feels at his or her best during the hours before noon. Many morning people feel energized after a full night's sleep and can shake what few cobwebs remain by taking a bracing morning shower. They often find the early hours are also ideal for taking care of routine matters, such as email correspondence, household finances, and reading the newspaper. The opposite is a night owl, who typically feels best later in the day or during the night.

It's a great time to deal with routine matters while you're alert and ready to get going; things such as checking emails, paying bills, and administrative filing can be done first thing in the morning to get them out of the way.

For some people, it's about restoring the morning person you used to be until you allowed late night TV, internet chatting, and other wakeful activities to keep you up late.

For many people, early morning is an important time to reflect upon or practice elements of their faith.

To catch the sunrise. As wonderful as the sunset, the sunrise heralds the new day and brings promise of a fresh start. That's often worth the effort.

I used to be a night owl in college but now my job here has forced me to be a morning black bird...and I can't afford to be moody or nasty early mornings. I love this job!!

I know what you mean, and that's why I feel such people are a huge trial cos we have to keep asking ourselves how much should we have to put up with their bad moods just cos they are supposedly not morning people!

By lawa• 30 Jun 2013 07:36
lawa

I mean some time people takes long time to come in mood to do some thing after they woke up even they are at home or in office and these kind of people irritate others even in home or outside

Yes lawa but it depends on how early or how late it is.. and also on what you do.. :) I read somewhere that you cant achieve something big unless you spend some sleepless nights behind it.

Yeah I wasn't that bad..just preferred to be left alone at least until I finish praying Fajr. Not anymore though!

I do know people like what you described, all moody and edgy as they wake up, and some even downright nasty. And yes they can be a huge trial dealing with cos you don't know how much of what they say/do is unintentional and how much intended but disguised as "not a morning person"
