Mobile radars!

I just got my 1st speeding ticket in Qatar since I came last December. I do speed but I do it carefully and I slow down way before cameras & I do not speed in roads that I don't know. Earlier this week I was driving on a road I knew had no radars but I was sure I saw that nice bright flash behind me. At first I thought it was some car's xenon lights, but to be sure I turned back and slowly drove over the entire road looking for any new cameras installed on either side but there was none! My conclusion is that they must have mobile radars now and they started using them extensively! This is a warning to all those like me who think that knowing where the cameras are can save their ***es! My fine says the road was LUQTA/RAYYAN QADEEM/ ZAEEM Al Luqta.

P.S. By the way, that Metrash thing that should send an sms for your fines, never works!
