Metrash Family Visa application

Hi Guys, i applied for Family Visa(RP) on 15 october 2019 through metrash, but still it is "Under process", When i visited MOI to enquire they said their is some problem with Metrash for delay, Is their any other means to track my application plz advise.

Note: Now we can only apply through Metrash even it is Family Visa for Resident Permit.
