We can eliminate some kinds of stress from our life. For instance competing with others for power, wealth, or position etc. Envy others gradually turns to stress .This feeling of discontent, actually creates a self inflicted injury which lose our peace of mind. Competition to some extend is good in the sense that we will get motivated to do our duty and for our stability of life. So train our mind how to keep things under control. This helps you to reduce the stress…….some of the relaxation techniques that we can do easily to reduce the stress:

1. Live in present..... not in past or in future.

2. Should have clarity of our limitation. Something we can control but some other that we cannot control is not in our hands. So why should we worry about things that are not in our hands. So take life as it is and rest of the things to the strength what we believe.

3.Always try to smile. That smile can set a lot of things in order.

4.Focus on one thing at a time.

5.Doing exercise keeps you relaxed, and improve you blood circulation.

6.Taking a deep breath and chant words like OM or RELAX, repeatedly. This will keep your body and mind cool.

7.Never depress others but encourage their good activity, this attitude in you will always do good to your mind.

8.Doing meditation and yoga controls your mind as well as keeps you healthy, young and in good shape.

9.Be active in some hobbies like painting, games etc will divert your mind from negative thoughts.

Why should we waste our youth in living unnecessary worries that cannot control by us?! So “Don’t worry be happy”, believe in this and be bold.

Sound’s boring?..lol Well, just try it and see.
