I went to Qatar Animal Welfare this afternoon and there are 2 adult dogs (Delilah and Jet) and 3 cute pups ready for adoption...

you try browsing through the group's posts as we (I'm a member) have some pets that are ready for adoption or looking for new homes.
You could also try looking at the supermarket/malls bulletin boards as there are also ads for this animals looking for adoptive homes....
