Living on the Pearl
If anyone is thinking of renting an apartment on the Pearl be aware that it has become a regular meeting place for local bikers.
If you quite like the roar of Harley Davidsons until the early hours then this is the place for you, on the bright side they do drown out the aircraft noise.
I agree there is a lot of noise caused by motorbikes, quads and sports cars which use The Pearl for their personal races. Oh, and I forgot the planes which cross The Pearl frequently. Noise will most likely INCREASE as there will be even more plains and more cars as more people will live here. Unless everybody moves from here because the noise is just too much..
