Need of good advice to follow up..
Pls no non-sence answers
Oh yes. 15 minutes reclined in the car after lunch is a great reviver :o)
Yeh, that power nap is amazing, it does wonders for the body and mind. Im not fasting but in the past when i was working 18hr shifts the power nap was a life saver.
Dear Friends,Prophet (sal) has showed a us a simple solution for this.Take a half n hour nap after "Luhar" prayer. this will re-energize your body and you will be able to wake up for your "Sahar" meal in early morning much easier and you can pray easier.Prophet (Sal) used to do this and he has advised us to follow. He also advised us not to sleep after "Asar" Prayers.Prophet (sal) advised this 1400 Years before and now Scientists has also recommends same in the name of "Power Nap".I also would like to point out that......Allah has made Islam very easy for us to follow. If we practice it in Fully and proper way, Islam is really easy. only we make it difficult by ourselfs, by not practicing it fully and properly.May Allah make things easy for you.Below mentioned site has good & Authentic Islamic advises & Audios.http://www.darsalaf.webs.com/Assalaamu alaikum,Hilmy
Yeah I have the same problem every year.. In fact at this very minute, I am almost asleep on my desk.. The only thing that keeps me awake during Ramadan is QL since my work here is so monotonous..
I guess it's a very testing time for those fasting. Well done all of you, and stay strong. You have my admiration. I tried to fast the first year I was here, and it's not easy.
