Jumping office rents are working against the private businesses

In the wake of receding oil prices, the Govt. is keen to help the private businesses grow quickly in order to absorb the impact. However, the higher offices rent all across Qatar are working against the growth of private businesses.

The Business Centre Buildings are charging rent as high as Qar. 700 per square meter (for a 20 meter office Qar. 14,000 per month), because of no effective control thereon.

The real estate middle men are now cashing in on this phenomena.

Therefore there is an urgent need to fix this problem.
