The air has been thick with rumours today, but it's been difficult to get hold of many facts about the arrests at Al Jazeera. Has anyone heard anything else about this story. Did anyone witness people being arrested?

Aljazeera arrests are purely due to financial reasons. I know some people working for BBC in Qatar and they told me that those arrested have been charged for financial irregularities at AlJazeera. The Qatari Government paya huge amounts of moeny to Al Jazeera, otherwise Al Jazeera would not be able to survive on its own.
I hear it had something to do with housing. But did you hear about the Vietnamese Cannibals?
