Go to Setting > Mobile Networks> Networks operator>Select automatically, i think your problem will be solved.

It is your APN, Access Point Name, needs to be added on to your phone. Take your phone to your mobile data provider, they will sort it out. You will be surfing the net in no time with your phone after.

Reset your stuff / on - off / restart after a mug of coffee .................. joys ....................
