Is it Recessions?

Those who are working public companies like QP, QGAS, QTEL, etc.... there is no salary delay i heard.

Who make delaying the payment... the main contractor saying to the Sub contractor that Client not paid...so sub contractor want to be suffer for the delayed

Truth is Main contractor received the big amount from the client and diverting the funds to other business.. isnt it?. Finally cash flow will stop ..some of sub contractors will out of the ground. After some time defaulters more in Qatar....and nobody trust each other...

Same thing happen to the man power suppliers.

The hire people not pay in time, so the manpower office make delay for the staff. Who is suffer...the ordinary people.

projects awarding has stopped recently for a limited period, but now it has started again, so all the firms will resume booming shortly.

firms with no strong background suffered in this period but we can't call that recession, it's just the silence before the storm.

There is recession around... its only very well hidden... from the lay people... the rubber band is stretched beyond limit... nobody knows when it will snap...

If you are only talking about your employer, something is wrong locally. Talking about competition in sub-contracts or man-power supplies, it has always been this way in the last few years. To get contracts, especially in man-power supplies, agencies don't hesitate to undercut as they know they will get cheaper labour from south asian countries. They make their money on labour.

Unless the government puts a limit on the minimum labour daily rate, things aren't going to improve.

Out here Recession or imaginary recession is the excuse they use when they want to push you out from the organization so that they can later on fill the vaccant places with their own relatives and extended family members
