israeli spy satellite

hi good morn all
this morn's gulf times article caught my attention.
the first country to recognise palestine in the 1980's
is also the first country outside the united states to launch an israeli spy satellite!!! talk about changing times.read below

personally im quite ok with it but i was pointing out how foreign policy changes with the winds...like what happened with the USA initially backing osama against the ruskies and then hunting heaven and hell for him!!

this happens eveywhere ...which was what was being conveyed.!
