Internet problems

What's going on with the Internet for the past few days?? I just can't connect in the mornings, even thought my laptop is finding the network, there's no connectivity. Is it a problem with Q-tel?? I even took my netbook to villaggio and tried to get on-line in Colombus Cafe, same problem. I can usually connect in the evenings (like now obviously!) but it's incredibly frustrating...............

had the same problem a few days ago too. called qtel and they told me to unplug and replug my router and that did the trick...but still sometimes it slows down for a few minutes and then pops back up
