Insulting Bosses

Ask any employee about the behavior and attitude of his boss, he would quickly mention (in most of the offices) that his boss is too bossy and likes to hurl insult packed in anger, on the subordinates on even their minor mistakes. The bosses need to understand that self respect is something that should be kept on top of the corporate objectives, and their are other polite measures that can be more effective in controlling and getting the jobs done by the subordinates. Honestly, the bosses are mostly insure, lack due managerial skills, mix up assertion with anger and hence tend to indulge in insecurity trading with the subordinates. This kind of office culture is rampant all across, though it is against the standard business rules that empowers the bosses to take non insulting actions. A govt. circular to the bosses can sort out this kind of bad behavior and misconduct.

Well just be aware that out here most bosses and managers are in their positions not because of what they know but whom they know and the connections they have. Most of such bosses and managers are so insecure in their positions because they know the whole organization knows how they have become managers and that is one reason they boss over by insulting, threatening and abusing the guys below them
