I'm sick & tired

Are you feeling tired. How often do you drag yourself out of bed to go to
work, or to go do an errand. How many things are on your to-do-list but
you just never get to do them because you're tired or because you can't
be bothered.

If your energy is pulling you down and stopping you from doing all the
things you want to do in life, then you're not alone. Do you how many
people are like that? Millions. They postpone and postpone the stuff
they need to do because they're just too tired, sleepy, slow, 'feeling down',
'can't be bothered', or even 'would rather sleep'.

Do you ever stop and say:
I'M SICK AND TIRED OF ALWAYS BEING SICK AND TIRED!

If your energy has failed you, then think about this: if you improve
what you eat and drink, you can improve your productivity on a daily
basis. Better yet, you finally get to do all the things you want to do with
your life without feeling this invisible force that's pulling you down and
holding you back.

I'll give you a quick tip on how to help the most common energy complaint
I hear: THE 3PM ENERGY SLUMP

To avoid the feeling of complete exhaustion that washes over many people
after lunch, you should:
** Avoid having carbs for lunch if you need energy in the afternoon. Skip
the bread, pasta, and rice, and go instead for protein, salads, or vegetables.
** Skip the caffeine-overload. Although your coffee and tea will give you a
boost, it will throw you lower later on. Have water or juice instead
** Skip the energy bars. Yes, believe it or not, these are just fancy names
for candy. Go for raw nuts, fruits, or olives.

Once you try these tips, you'll be laughing at your colleagues whose heads
drop on their desk in the afternoon.

I suggested my management to have certain recreational indoor sports activities in office like TT or Chess post Lunch hour (30 minutes) but disapproved by saying they preferred to go home early rather wasting time in the office.

Cutting on Carb is also difficult as these are available around us easily, burgers and pizzas :(
