I'll be moving to Doha soon

I should be there by the end of the month, I just have a couple of Q's first the company is paying most everything. but for a month or so I'll be in temp housing, I have to coverÂ trasport taxis food Etc.Â How much cash should I have on hand for all the personal stuff till I get settled? Two next fall I might bring my kid to spend the school year she will be 13 then What's the American school of Doha like? plus someone wrote in the blong that there are blue crabs in Qatar if that's true I'm bring a ton of old bay. Maryland Crabs and my place, are there really crabs so I would know weather to pack a few crab traps.
