Hi just thought i would post this as so many people ask about this subject! I have spent quite a while getting different types of apartments/villas here are some useful numbers for you guys that are looking:

+974 5864587 [email protected] Her name is Gail very helpful

+974 4323665 This is an estate agents falts can vary between 5-6000 qr for a two bed if your lucky

+974 4408308 [email protected] this is for a min of 12 months but for you guys that are staying well worth a call

+974 5890950 His name is Rohan and works for Homes2rent i know some of you do not like these guys but have had some good reports off people website is homes2rent.biz

+974 5552197 [email protected] His name is Ayman think he is away at the moment but has lots of contacts and has been mentioned on this site before

+974 4583712 [email protected] they have a website as well but better to just email and say your requirements.

+974 5710810 [email protected] again there is a website as well

All these numbers are very helpful but the people who are not in qatar yet better to email the ones you can just stating your requirements and then you can see the average price of apartments at your request

hope this is useful it took ages for me to get all these numbers so i know how hard it can be

Happy hunting!

from the few "agents" that ive managed to get hold of from the gulf times adds say that all flats are hard to find, especialy in the 6k - 7k range.... most of those that i called are out of the office, or dont answer their mobiles and those that do answer dont seem like they realy want to sell you anything.

All of the ones i have put down except maybe the estate agents i can not remember the name of all speak english or are english so no messing about trying to explain yourself! the only problem being that flats on short term are far and few between!
