but why are you both been so defensive and offensive suddently when it comes to QL and Qp.

there is no comparison and yet a deliberate rift is being created.no one at Ql has compared themselevs to QP, then why all this bit about anxiousness and all.Both forums are about building communities. Ql is already a community alhamdullilah, work on Qp being a good community too insha'allah.

to both my pals, when in QL, be a Qler, when in Qp, do justice to them too..and both of you as moderators on Qp should advise your members not to badmouth other forums or refer them badly......it does not show the right spirit when such behaviour would be encouraged. this is no accusation on anybody, all i am saying is, lets do it right.

anyone can see it very clearly that there is a lot of sour feeling being poured out here and its really not necessary.

If QL closed in the future I would spend more time on Facebook and getting work done, until someone from here started another QL then back to same old same old.

There's no controversy of QL members registering in QP under a new nick. It's a matter of variety and anonymity. It's just a matter of choice, that's all.

I myself is an example...I am a true blue QLer but I'm also a member of Qatar BB (under a different nick of course)and if i registered with QP under another nick, would that make ME a lesser member of the other sites? I guess not...

It's like a person having 3 cars of different brands, 4 blouses of different colors or having 2 to 4 yahoo address, and different Instant messagging accounts...kind of amusing, don't you think...

And guess what, Mystica...I'm having my 4th glass H2O on the rocks...hehehe

We just hope you stop advertising the other site or go to other sites as well. Don't concentrate on recruiting solely from this site. As you are already a member, look into this matter from our point of view.

To answer your question...IF QL CLOSE SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE, WHERE WILL I GO? Let me see...

1. My life would be back to it's monotonous routine. Oopps...not anymore, I have a group and friends I met through Qatar Living

2. My laptop will finally rest in peace...it's 6 years old laptop and me always in QL for more than 13 weeks now, and would be for weeks to come.

3. I'll probably not be in Qatar anymore when THAT happens.

4. I've probably met all members here.

Now...I'll ask you the same (HYPOTHETICAL)question. what if the other site didn't make it? Where will you go? I ask this because the more and more you do what you do now, the more unwelcomed you become.

Like I said, it's just my two cents worth of opinion...take it or leave it...Cheers!
