Sorry for hijack, but can anyone please tell me what are the actual requirements to get ones ID banned? There are few IDs who have been misbehaving and bad mouthing in every thread but still are alive and kicking.

IQ points are measurable and definable to a reasonable precision. The ones with the higher IQ points seem to be more focused on their careers. I am not privy to any such research to indicate that IQ points curve has been on the decline, but for sure can say, without any research, that arrogance points curve of people who newly joined the group of persons with higher IQ is definitely on the rise.

When you mentioned "idiots keep breeding and producing offspring by the 10's", I though about something or someone. Haven't seen the movie though :-)

I wonder if there has been any research conducted to indicate that in general average IQ points curve has been on a downfall.
