I respect this Gentleman's integrity

This Gentleman is in town and this is an excerpt of an interview from his company magazine. I salute for his integrity and personality.
Interview,
He is up every day at 4 am. Because he wants to be at “his” site before all. To prepare job allocations & tasks. To check proper functionality, safety, infrastructure of the site. To say good morning to the people of the site.
Philip 65, believes that good work needs to be worked, without watching your watch, with respect to every man and women, regardless of their nationality, age, degrees. “Everything is a matter of respect. If you seek respect, you must show and feel respect in the first place. And respect is not only kind words. Respect is to be on site before everyone else. To show you care, you control, you are fully aware of every stage of development, every aspect of professional concern. Close enough to support and inspire, to be a paradigm. But distanced to stress the line between personal and professional”.
Further He says,
“I am satisfied” Because my work is respected by the company and all related work force. And I treat my minor staff and workers like my children as all three children are in back home.
Thank you and wish everyone a very good day ahead.
For me Mr Philip is just 25, not as old as 65. Let us not remind him he is 65. He deserves all commendations.
I really admire his personality, I wish this story is real not just like Cindrella / Aladdin story. Good recognition starts from your heart not from outside. He should be proud of not being recognized by his fellowmen so he is always at the Giver's end not on the receiving end.
Dear Philip continue your service where you go, please pass your personality to next generation to the country where you are now. May god Bless you all the time.
He may be working Hard but definitely not working SMART which is a pre-requisite for a recognition.
Then I would suggest britexpat should get the medal for his unselfish services for the British community on Qatar Living! The amount of time he spends on QL to advise his fellow is priceless.
Great person in this modern world.
WT: The medal is given for services to the British Community in a foreign country.. So soes not apply in Philip's case. All we can do is give him our thanks and request his employer to recognise his dervices with a little extra this year.
He should get the Queen's medal.
Hats off to Philip!
