by law, when the weather reaching 50 degree ... any outdoor activities MUST stop. But unsurprisingly the 'official weather' never reach over 50 degree.

I grew up in the Canadian arctic where -50 is a regular occurrence in winter. Today, the town where I grew up was -18c. In the summer, the sun never sets. I had a better tan there.

Really?

You wear leather when it is hot?

You could still wear your Levis in the rain if you also wear a rather fetching full length pac-a-mac.

Wearing hats also means going outside. It was 45 degrees today. I walked the 5 feet from my car to my office door, that's it.

I was actually looking at hats the other day.

I tried on a straw trilby type thing and my son asked to be adopted.

Getting sunburnt here means you have to go outside. You don't do that after March. :P
