Hi, I waited too much for the Kafala change in Qatar. But .................Its ok. Company neither increase salary nor give the NOC. I think, its the story of every employee here in Qatar. so, I want to say good bye Qatar forever. I am planning to hunt the Quantity Surveyors Job in UAE. I will go through visit visa to manage the job there. But I have no one known there. Rooms are may be expensive........Can anyone suggest me, how to tackle this condition?? Thankyou

Lux, You have already taken the first step by accepting the reality. Salary increase depends on each individual's performance but never mind now you are past that situation ..... .. Dubai has so much opportunities for your trade, people are very helpful, even the Arabs know Hindi language there ....

In Deira side room rates are reasonable. But it will be your 2nd step to land in Dubai for the interviews. Wish you good luck & joys my friend .......... .......
