HP cartridge-Refill of waste!Beware of cheats

Iam an old faculty member and Professor of Orthopaedics,Medical College,Calicut.Now work as Specialist in Doha.On 9/4/13 I bought one Hewlett Packard cartridge (No:122,black)from Micro World at Family Food Centre,Air Port Rd.At my home I opened the pack,and alas! the foil pack was tampered.Inside it was a cartridge with No:301.The tamper-proof seal was missing and it was a used one.Next day I approached the person in the counter and told my problem.He had a cold approach as if it was nothing new!However he flatly exchange the faulty one for a new one.I opened the pack then and there and confirmed it was untampered.
I think there are lot of fake products like these in the market.Since discarded sample are easy and plenty,it is an easy way for easy money.
I present this to the concerned Statutory Authorities and Marketing and Quality control wings of HP,local and international,for urgent action.
