I TRANSFER SOME MONEY THROUGH ONLINE BANKING WITH THE INSTRUCTION OF BANK CALL CENTRE BANK MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY TRANSFER WRONG CURENCY DUE TO THAT THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY WHILE I CONTACT WITH THE ATHORTIES AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE CALL CENTRE INSTRUCTIONS NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO BRING PHONE CALLS RECORD SO PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW CAN I COLLECT CALLS DETAIS FROM LAND LINE TO LAND LINE CALLS.I WILL BE THANKFULL FOR GUIDANCE

There is something screwy here. the bank's customer service should get the details themselves... which bank is this ?
Actually doha based people wants to help me but Dubi based office is not showing all the records to them
i did all these now custumer services are asking for this
Then call the bank's customer service head and raise the issue.
i already talked but they r refusing and asking me to bring call record from Qtel.actually bank is Dubi based.
The Call centre will have recorded the conversation you had. contact them. explain the situation and ask them for the transcript..
