How to stay calm..........?

By lawa

It is so hard for us to control our stress levels - they are a natural response to the outside world. Some circumstances are simply beyond our control, making coping hard to do. Fortunately, you do have control over how you react to situations. Learning good healthy responses is a great place to start.
Staying calm, eating right and being willing to accept whatever support you already have from others can help you manage stress.

Well, I liked that movie, even could not watch it complete. However, I'm not related to that movie by any how, but sure they used my nick name too.

On the other hand, RED was given to me by one of my friends as nick name before long time in the year 2007. So it is mine, but I did not think others could take advanatge of it and use it in other things. :P

Hey my friend Rizks, it has been long time since our last sharing topics.

However, I was really busy in the past months and my car is burnt in the Hyundai dealer garage, and till now trying to arrange a good comapensation, but their lawyer is playing with the conditons even after my acceptance.

Also, my laptop started to act crazy, then the screen stopped working. But I got it fixed back just before before a while of time.

Nevertheless, I really missed you and others, and wish to keep in contact and follow the updates. Yet I wish if Qatar Living could send an email whenever I get a comment on any topic I already shared with others.

Take care and may God bless you.

Peace be upon you, and how do you do?.

Although, if you were religous then you keep your faith in God and pray, becuase it could help you more. But if you were not religous, then in this case it would be hard to find what could help you to clam down, and even if you found it, then it would not remain forever, then you are back again for anger mood.

Take care and may God bless.

Best wishes

Jpa these are the things that can Drive one Mad.... LOL

Well i believe that if something makes us mad. We must do something about it in a Civil way ofcourse.

Like in my case the one thing that drove me Mad was the LC'S and other big cars Bulling me on the Road. Then i found a good deal and god my self one of those Hogzillas.

After that life is smooth.

As soon as you lose your cool, try to put yourself in other's shoes and get to know the reason why he did this to you..

The next step is to accept each one of us is human and has shortcomings..

You will be OK.

Actually it doesn't matter how many books and tips we read about anger and self control, when we face a case, we will forget everything and react normally (As Good or As bad As we can).

I can somehow control myself.

here try these few tips :-

Count to ten, and breathe deeply.

When you get angry it's likely that you can't see around you any more. Therefore, you have to take advantage of the moment where things start to turn around; instead of carrying on with your anger, breathe very deeply and walk away from the place, try to focus on positive things.

If you cannot control your emotions at all, seek professional help through a psychologist.

Take a deep breath , close your eyes and count backwards from 10 .Then try to do all that in just one breath.

Just close your eyes then inhale and then exhale keep on doing it if you're mad or stress anything works.

when under stress! I may look all calm and collected from the surface but paddling hard inside. Praying and keeping my faith is one way I hold onto sanity and rationality when disturbed by trials. Another is either keeping to myself or confiding in people who can help me get through the tough time.

Being stressed out obviously does us no good, but as human beings it's not something we can always control. We can only do the best we can in handling our afflictions as wisely as possible!

Half an hour of meditation daily in the morning brings a positive vibe in your body. This can to an extent help you bring down your stress levels.
