HOW TO KILL ONE RAT AT HOME
Just recently I saw one rat in our kitchen. I haven't seen one at home for the past 10 years. I don't know how it entered my house. Now I am troubled by this. What is the best way to get rid of it? Any rat trap available here in Qatar?

they are even kinda cute!Rats are just plain nasty not to mention coming with all kinds of health hazards. And the ones in the villa we stayed were made of some stubborn stock that they just refused to leave or die. Ultimately we left..
Fathimah, I too grew up in a creaky very old house (about 100 years old). We had mice in the attic and cellars...but thank god no rats!

The house I grew up in, back in Sri Lanka, is one of those typical old fashioned ones all creaky n ancient, and often tends to attract all kinda pests from time to time.Cats, rats, cockroaches, lizards, there's a whole farm in there!
Just didn't expect it here so was rudely shocked =( That's why I just always prefer apartments..that too on the topmost floors.

Buy non poisonous glue 'Atrarat' paste it on any disposable plastic hard sheet. Place it where you've seen the rat soon you'll catch the culprit.

LOL...no no I don't do rats. Not anymore. Getting rid of other pets are bad enough!
The villa I stayed in four years back had a whole family of em rodents that started off as one lone soldier. We never managed to get rid of em but they sure got rid of us!

How do you best get rid of the rat again?
I say call Pest control. Best get the problem cut off at the roots. Most times if there is one rat abiding, his mate must not be fast off. A situation made worse if the mate's pregnant. Do I know what I am talking about? I only wish I didn't! Call pest control asap. Don't take chances.

Down the walls have holes and I won't be surprise if one daywe don't have division n each room.. Baru baru yeah popo y ur laughing.. It is very simple. There is a glue available in most of the supermarkets to trap rats. Just buy it and spread the glue over a card board and put some bait in the middle of the card board and the rat cannot escape.

After couple of hours u will find rats doing belle dance on the dance floor and tat moment just jump on it and kill it by suffocating it with the help of a pillow....:)
