iTunes works for me. Just ask a friend in the US to gift you iTunes store vouchers and work out a way for compensating your mate.

Try allofmp3.com - they are based in Russia and are dirt cheap! They exist because of a loophole in Russian law that makes them legal their.

(of course the US companies really want to shut them down)
