Horn from back side

How you react some body is making horn to speedup your car in roundabouts and signals.

It is really horrible, and making me personnaly nervous, all the time when i heard the sound i intentionally try to reduce the speed or not cross the round abouts even i have enogh time to cross, as just to reply for the un mannered horn.

99% of the guys are locals....  it is true

i am wondering how this people get their driver's license easily (specially qataris). i understand they're all aware of the signs and so on but still, why they keep on doing  & acting like stupid...? are they proving something? or they just wanted to be 'head turner'? we all know that they're all carrying big and luxurious cars... coz they can all afford it. we all need is the CONCERN, COOPERATION & PATIENCE. if u have all that, we won't encounter any dangers at all...

even if u are not in the fast lane, still they keep on buzzing you. they should be thankful there is no other police here rather than qataris. or else, qataris are all jailed.

Funny responses are truly irritating.... u know why? coz they did it by their ownselves. honestly, i often experience those damned horns of a car behind me evertime i go out. from house to work place... etc. but i swear, i ignore them all. as long as i'm in the right speed limit, right lane, i feel confident coz its going to be their fault afterwards. the only risk that we will encounter here is when they damage ur car, time of waiting the police, their action, the insurance, etc. all i can suggest that always give way to thos demon drivers of Qatar. 90% are exisiting so triple your awareness...

I just got my horn fixed and i made sure that it would be loud lol. But its not unfortunately. See the thing is, if u r a slow driver, then u should never ever come in the fast lane until and unless u want to take a turn over the round about and when u want to turn, then never ever move from that lane, no matter how many people honk at u or flash... dont matter who ever it is. Rules r rules and they are for everyone.

Guess What...

Yesterday while I was standing in Signal oppsite to Family Food Center near air port. I accidently hit the gas while I was suppose to hit the Break.

I bumped my car into mini van in front of me but luckly no damages on both sides... Thank god.

tons of locals do this - but to say it's almost all locals is rubbish too.

there are plenty of indians and other asians with crap driving skills too.

i don't slow down when this happens to me because you'll just piss the loser off but i don't speed up either. to do such a thing in a roundabout is really stupid. i'm also particularly fond of people who try to pass you on the outside in a roundabout, especially the small ones.  real winners!

i don't drive slow by any means, so when i get flashed i know i've got a real turnip behind me. and while a good proportion of the turnips are Qatari (or other GCC arabs), there are plenty of expat drivers in their employers' SUVs or construction guys in their pick ups acting like savages too.

until they put more cops on the street who hand out tickets liberally, this won't improve.

horn from back side there's one on the classified ads section offering their services hehehehe (just joking)

just ignore them, just pay attention on your driving. and no its not true that 99% of who's doing this are locals. if you'll notice most of the people who do this thing are expats

they do this kind of forcing others to  rush / speed up /give way... by horn or bright lights etc.    Whenever I come across such.... i keep thinking that these guys are not used to lights and accelerator  which is not there in their earlier mode of transport.    Obviously they are not yet used to these modern transport...cars.

Have pity on them. !!

Well... no matter if its an expat or a local guy...

If you are slow or confused at the round-abouts,

you should surely expect a "horn" ( poking ) on your back side..

When you are busy talking on your cell phone or gazing at the newspaper it is quite nice for someone behind you to watch the traffic for you, then signal with a pleasant honk when you may proceed! And I like the way people are so friendly, always holding up their hands with the fingers towards the sky, then twisting the hand. Looks like electricians replacing a light bulb.

Bloomin' eck  .............

I thought it was one of those pervie posts... looking for rough gay action or something!

b) being a dangerous drivers

because you are driving within the speed limit in a busy road where

all three or two lines are occupied  and this Mr. Big vehicle with

rotten brains pulls up from somewhere and flashes the head lights.

What am i supposed to do, fly my car to give him way.

I pity such brainless creatures..........
